Swire Renewable Energy approached us to produce two high-impact videos:
Both videos needed to reflect Swire’s people-first ethos and operate at a world-class level — creatively, technically, and logistically.
We collaborated with Urbane Media and Swire’s internal team to manage all stages of production, from concept and scripting through to post-production. We coordinated with international stakeholders to organise filming in multiple countries, and used a mix of interview-led storytelling, on-site footage, cinematic drone shots, and custom motion graphics to bring each video to life.
The promotional video was designed to be bold and cinematic, offering a top-level snapshot of Swire’s global reach and capabilities.
The onboarding video went deeper, featuring talking head interviews with members of the leadership team filmed in the M&G Media Studio, combined with branded motion graphics and supporting visuals to clearly communicate key messages and values.
This was a global production, with filming taking place across multiple international sites, both onshore and offshore, including locations across Europe and Africa. Our team managed all aspects of logistics and local crew sourcing, often working within tight deadlines and live operational settings.
Swire now has two high-quality, versatile assets that can be used across multiple platforms and channels: A punchy promotional video for external marketing, talent attraction, and events. A comprehensive onboarding tool to help new recruits understand the business from day one. Both videos reflect the strength of Swire’s people, the scale of their work, and their commitment to safety and excellence.
